Features

Yes. You can add additional Gmail accounts to track orders from multiple Household members. See Multiple Gmail Accounts.

How do deadlines work?

Order deadlines are wave-based (Friday 7:45am UK or Monday 7:45pm UK). Pickup deadlines are 3 days from when items are ready. See Deadlines for details.

What if I miss a deadline?

Missed order deadlines move items to the Archive. Missed pickup deadlines may result in Amazon returning the item to the seller.

Can I mark items as collected manually?

Yes. Click the checkmark on any "Ready" item to mark it collected. If the pickup email arrives later, drizzlemail confirms the collection automatically.

Troubleshooting

My emails aren't syncing

  1. Check that your Gmail is connected in Settings
  2. Wait a few minutes - initial sync can take time
  3. Click the sync button to trigger a manual sync
  4. See Troubleshooting for more help

I see duplicate orders

This can happen if email formatting varies. drizzlemail tries to merge duplicates automatically. Contact support if duplicates persist.

The deadline seems wrong

Deadlines are calculated in UK time based on Amazon's schedule. Display times are converted to your local timezone. See Deadlines for how waves work.
