Multiple Gmail Accounts

Manage orders across multiple Gmail accounts

drizzlemail supports connecting multiple Gmail accounts, perfect for Amazon Household members who receive invites on different email addresses.

Why connect multiple accounts?

If you're part of an Amazon Household, invites might go to different family members' email addresses. With multi-Gmail support, you can:

  • See all orders in one place - No switching between accounts
  • Track deadlines across accounts - One dashboard for everything
  • Switch workspaces - View one account at a time or see combined data

Adding another Gmail account

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar
  2. Click Add Gmail Account
  3. Sign in with the additional Google account
  4. Grant read-only access

Each connected account appears as a "workspace" you can switch between.

Switching workspaces

Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to:

  • View orders from a specific Gmail account
  • See which account is currently active
  • Quickly switch between accounts
Tip

The active workspace is shown in the sidebar. All data on the dashboard is filtered to that workspace.

Removing an account

To disconnect a Gmail account:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find the account in the connected accounts list
  3. Click Disconnect
Warning

Disconnecting removes the Gmail link but keeps your existing order data. You can reconnect later if needed.

Data isolation

Each workspace is completely separate:

  • Orders from one account don't mix with another
  • Sync runs independently for each account
  • Settings can differ per workspace
